Should your decide within 30 days (of delivery date) that you do not like the product, your entitled to send it back for a store refund or exchange!
When you return you will be eligible for:
1. An exchange (of equal value to your original order) or
2. A full refund of product cost
To be eligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
- Refund must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- Refunds must be approved by customer support.

12 Month Warranty
All Elitia Beauty products come with a 12 month warranty.
Should your product arrive and you notice it doesn't work or function correctly or is somehow broken, we will send you a replacement 100% FREE!
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued. You may initiate this exchange by contacting us with your image or video at info@elitiabeauty.com
Elitia Beauty's warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost in transit or stolen packages, we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge.
If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a single replacement order to be shipped.
